Cêbi-qêqava Fêqê (/ˈcɘbi/ /qɘˈqava/ [crazy; insane; silly] [link]) is a subtropical Large Town located in Beacwind Dutchy, Vangîfkthêkè Provence, within the Dalandic Empire.

The name Cêbi-qêqava Fêqê is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Cêbi-qêqava Fêqê was founded by Matilda Glkëmêpí, who was culturaly Iron Elven.

Climate

Cêbi-qêqava Fêqê was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Cêbi-qêqava Fêqê is no diffrent.
